Cottage Cheese Siomai

Ingredients:
½ cup ground fish fillet
1 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp chopped kinchay
2 tbsp chopped onion
2 tbsp chopped carrots
1 tbsp chopped celery
24 pcs molo wrappers
2 tsp salt

Procedure:
Combine everything except molo wrappers in a bowl and drop one tablespoonful on the center of a molo wrapper. Fold and steam for 10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce and calamansi.
