Ingredients:
1 cup gabi, cube
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup sugar, brown
1 tbsp margarine
Procedure:
Wash, peel, and cut gabi into 1 centimeter cubes. Boil gabi, sugar, and margarine for 10 minutes. Increase flame and cook for another 5 minutes to caramelize sugar. Serve cold.
